No Show/Missed Appointment Policy

In the interest of respect for your physician, staff members and other patients, cancellation/postponements of appointments require at least 24 hours notice, otherwise, a no show fee of $40.00 will be required.

You can cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice by calling our office and leaving a voicemail (please listen for the # to push for the option to do so). If you booked online and supplied your email, you can cancel your appointment through the notification email you received when booking your appointment.
